She was here before we even opened the doors — and we wouldn’t have it any other way. To celebrate five years of Park Books, we are bringing back one of our most beloved author partners for a special anniversary signing: the one, the only, Stephanie Verni!
Before we ever unlocked the front door for the first time, Stephanie showed up–literally–with a stunning handmade book-page wreath and a heart full of support. Five years later, she’s still one of our greatest champions, and we are absolutely thrilled to celebrate this milestone with her by our side.
About Stephanie: Stephanie is the author of five independently published novels and a Reader’s Choice Award Winner who writes heartwarming, hopeful fiction! Plus, most of it set right here in Maryland, close to home and close to our hearts. She is, in every sense of the word, a local treasure. STEPHANIE VERNI is the author of THE ONES CLOSEST TO YOU, THE LETTERS IN THE BOOKS; FROM HUMBUG TO HUMBLE: THE TRANSFORMATION OF EBENEZER SCROOGE; BENEATH THE MIMOSA TREE; INN SIGNIFICANT; LITTLE MILESTONES; THE POSTCARD; and ANNA IN TUSCANY. She is also a co-author of the textbook, EVENT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT: COMMUNICATING THEORY & PRACTICE. Currently an adjunct professor at Stevenson University Online, she instructs communication courses for undergraduate and graduate students. She and her husband reside in Severna Park, Maryland, have two children, and a little boat that makes them immensely happy.
