Writing the next thing.

I’m in the throes again. The throes of writing.

People have asked for another book like The Letters in the Books, so I’m working hard to finish writing the draft of The Bakery of Fresh Beginnings. It’s Book 2 of a (hopeful) three-book series. But let’s take it one step at a time.

I’ve been immersed in all things Annapolis (the bakery is set in Annapolis), and the people you will meet on the pages will be a mixture of those from The Letters in the Books and new characters, similar to what I did with Inn Significant and Little Milestones.

As well, there will be friends and family and stories of recovery and rebuilding. These are my favorite kinds of stories to read, and obviously, they are my favorite kinds of stories to write.

I don’t think a person can ever have too much resilience.

I promise you, I am trying my best to have this novel done by summer and published before the fall.

Additionally, I’m working on producing merchandise to go along with the books, and this novel will be my first to include a few family recipes.

I hope you are ready to take another spin with me into the lives of people who need to find each other and grow from experiences.

Because truthfully, we like to see people flourish, even if they are fictitious characters who are often based on real people we know.

Love,
