The Latest on My Novel, PART II

***

I thought I’d post an update as to the status of my novel,  “Beneath the Mimosa Tree,” which I do promise, is forthcoming. Two folks have edited it, and it is now in the hands of my third and final editor, Mr. Jim Abbiati. Jim is the author of several books, and you can read more about him and his work if you visit his site at ajabbiati.com. I highly recommend his works of fiction. When Jim gives me his final edits and comments, it will be my job to prep it and get it ready for publication.

It won’t be long now.

I read through the entire book over the last few days, and I can honestly say I am feeling comfortable with it now. Actually, I’m feeling pretty good about it.

I hope you will enjoy it if you choose to give it a try.

I’ll let you know when it’s available, and thanks for your patience. Being an independent author takes a lot of energy, time, rewriting, and editing. You want that first novel you publish to be as perfect as you can get it.

But at some point, you have to let go.

I’m think I’m finally ready.
