Merry Christmas! Sending much love!

In this beautiful Christmas season, I want to take just a quick moment to thank you all for your support and for following along on my novel writing journey.

I was so busy promoting books this year that I had little time to write—an unfortunate casualty of being an author who wears all the hats. However, when the New Year rings in, I’ll be working on Book 2 of The Letters in the Books series. I’m looking forward to hunkering down and diving into these new characters that will mingle with the characters from The Letters in the Books. Once again, the novel will be set in Annapolis with the city as the backdrop, with new characters that must overcome some tough situations. But don’t worry: like the characters in Letters, they will come out on top. My characters always do. I’m wired to bring you HOPE.

One of the sweetest actions a reader took after reading The Letters in the Books is that she sat down for Christmas and wrote her family meaningful letters as gifts. What a beautiful way to let her loved ones know how much she cares about them. While letters may not be “in” at the moment and may be out of style, the beauty of a letter is that it lasts a lot longer than a text. We are so blessed to have so many beautiful letters from history that give us glimpses into life and love.. From Jane Austen to John Adams to St. Paul…letters have staying power.

In the same way that my reader found a way to communicate hope and love, my wish for you this Christmas season is that it is filled with LOVE and HOPE, too. When we are rooted in the three Fs—faith, family, and friends—we have everything we need.

Merry Christmas!

Love,

Stephanie
